The Director, Product Management focuses on driving guest and team member product strategies to evolve and enhance the Guest experience across Universal Beijing Resort, which includes a theme park, two hotels and CityWalk. This role will play a critical role in driving the holistic digital experience product vision, strategy and roadmap. This role will lead the product management team to collaborate with key shake holders like IT, operations, retail, food service, entertainment, hotel operation, creative and finance to enable a more seamless guest experience and business process. This role and the product team will also partner with the E-Commerce operation and digital analytics teams to seek opportunities to iterate product features to continuously enhance digital guest experiences and achieve E-Commerce business results.
